  21. Could it be you are connecting to a modem with an AT&T chipset?
  22. There's an ISP in Portugal with Nokias (using the said chipset) which
  23. causes disconects at 28.8  with Zooms, Sportsers, Bocas, you name
  24. it... unless you disable LAPM in your modem, or lower the speed.
